You will be provided with a trained Patient Advocate to ensure that your concerns are addressed. Our Patient Advocates do not take the place of Healthcare Professionals, but rather they will assist you in getting the most out of your visit. We offer all of our patients the Ottawa Personal Decision Guide, a tool designed for people making health or social decisions.
You have time! During your appointment, you will be given the opportunity to identify your choices, explore your decision making needs and concerns, build a support system, and consider your next steps. As a member of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, Dove Medical does not benefit financially from any decision you make.
